Richard Schliebe established Club USA Fitness, a full service athletic club, 23 years ago after creating many of prominent fitness properties across Denver. DMD was selected to redevelop their principle site and rebrand service offerings. While it might seem any gym is just like any other our research revealed some profound differences between “Big Box Fitness” locations and Club USA.A Family Fitness Destination captures the essence of this well thought-out facility, with creative group classes and intentional youth programs. There’s something for everyone, of every age, ability or goal by design. Updating a static HTML site of only a handful of pages to a content driven information resource for members and sales teams started with a new, more sophisticated treatment of their logo. Over decades a recurring theme was a star element updated using a trademark color familiar to existing members combined with standardized font. Alternate service marks are created by changing text anchored by the star. The site template, designed for a dramatic light text / dark background, feature headlines & sub-head in the same vibrant color as the star element. Group fitness classes, personal trainers and additional service offerings drive core content to motivate site visitors to action. A majority of this site is maintained by office staff via system login. DMD engineered & provisioned dedicated hosting, moving their domains from an inadequate shared provider. We make use of licensed stock photography throughout and make it available for their newsletter provider and internal display systems. Having a dynamic website allows Club USA to continue to be the premier Family Fitness Destination in the Denver metro area. |
